Contact your LEA's designated Administrator/User Manager, who is responsible for establishing and managing SACS Web user accounts. 

When a SACS Web account is set up, the user will receive an email from DONOTREPLY@SACS-CDE.ORG with a subject line “Confirm Link” to establish a password. The link is only valid for 24 hours. Once the link expires, navigate to “I forgot my password” from the SACS Web login page to generate a reset password email. This will allow you to create a password. 

Click Table of Contents in the left submission pane > select forms to be printed by checking boxes > Click Print Select Forms button

Important: Each form will open in a new window, so you have to allow pop-ups in Chrome

In Chrome, click the Update button in the upper right corner to access Settings > Type "pop-ups" into the Search field > navigate to pop-ups and redirects > Check 'sites can use pop-ups and use redircts'

In the submission, click Import in the left navigation pane (this will allow you to import without starting a new model, just like the previous SACS desktop version)

The Adopted Budget is DUE within 5 calendar days of adoption or by July 1 (whichever is earlier). The Adopted Budget, however, can be submitted to SBAS for review at the point the budget is complete and no further changes will be made. This may be before the board meeting if you are completely done (but it should be after the public hearing in case any updates are requested). Before finalizing, please check to make sure the file is “official”. Once you promote to COE for review, the submission will be LOCKED for editing.

Send an email with the information above to your DFA and we will report to CDE.

• User name and email address.
• Date/time incident occurred.
• Description of incident, including what screen you were working on -- include screenshots if possible.
• Answers to the following questions:
  1. Which internet browser are you using and what is the version number?
  2. Do you have any plug-ins enabled?
  3. Which operating system are you on?
  4. Can you test your network speeds? What is your average range?
  5. For the forms, can you be specific about which forms and what sections is happening on?
  6. Does this happen once or twice, or every single time?
  7. If this was on your account, can you give us the approximate date and time you experienced these issues?
