The Adopted Budget is DUE within 5 calendar days of adoption or by July 1 (whichever is earlier). The Adopted Budget, however, can be submitted to SBAS for review at the point the budget is complete and no further changes will be made. This may be before the board meeting if you are completely done (but it should be after the public hearing in case any updates are requested). Before finalizing, please check to make sure the file is “official”. Once you promote to COE for review, the submission will be LOCKED for editing.
